WHAT IS PRE SHOT?

Defined background

Pre Shot is a preview image. It always helps, if you have someone else take a photo of you and you would like to select the background yourself.

In order to make sure the Eiffel Tower has its tip, Pisa its tower and the beach its sand in the background, at first take a Pre-Shot of the picture yourself. It is faded in for orientation.

Your "photographer" now only has to cover the orientation image with the background and press the shutter release button. Your picture is now finished, just the way you wanted it.

A picture with Pre Shot occurs in two simple steps.
1.   Select the background and press the shutter release button. This image now appeares semi-transparent on the display.
2.   Ask someone to take a picture of you. Tell this person to use the semi-transparent image as a guide line.
•   The camera stores the image produced in step 2.
•   Pre Shot is only available in the BEST SHOT-mode

JUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Press [MENU] in the Record Mode.
Select the "Record" tab, select "Record Mode", press .
Use and , to select "BEST SHOT", and press [SET].
Use and , to select "Pre-Shot", and press [SET].
Record an image of the background.
•  This image will not be saved, but faded in for orientation.
•  Focus, exposure, white balance, zoom and flashlight are now determined for this image.
•  Press [MENU], if you want to reject the image and record a new background.
Now you come into the picture. Using the background image for orientation, the final photo is made.
Now you come into the picture. Release the shutter - finished!
